Dictionary, snippets & transforms

These tools run after transcription and cleanup, so they make the output more reliable without changing how you speak.

Dictionary

Create word substitutions for proper names, product names, acronyms, or recurring corrections. For example, map groq to Groq. Dictionary rules apply after cleanup, which makes them more dependable than hoping the model spells a special term consistently.

Snippets

Snippets expand a spoken trigger into a longer saved phrase. Use them for an email address, a sign-off, a meeting template, or any text you repeat often.

Transforms

Transforms rewrite selected text. Bulbul includes Polish, Make Formal, Translate, and Bulletize, and you can create custom prompt-based transforms for your own recurring work.

On desktop, bind transforms to Alt + 1 through Alt + 9 by default or record your own shortcuts. Select text, invoke the transform, and replace or use the rewritten result.
